Laurie Trevaskis

Laurie Ann (Gervasi) Trevaskis, age 74, left this earth to be an angel in heaven, where her Bud Boy, mom, dad and many other family and friends wait for her. She was born on November 27, 1950, to Samuel and Muriel (Nelsen) Gervasi in Madison, WI. Laurie was a lifelong Madison resident.

Laurie traveled to see her son and grandson in Arizona every year, where she loved being Tyler's "Nona" and truly looked forward to her visits. Laurie loved and collected angels. She prayed daily for many friends and their families. Laurie was a dedicated employee at Four Winds Manor for the past seven years. She truly loved her job, coworkers, residents and we often joked that she would have probably worked for free. 

Laurie is survived by her son, Rick; grandson, Tyler, whom she loved the most; three sisters, Denise, Jackie, Diane; and many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Laurie is preceded in death by her parents and longtime companion, Harold "Bud" Duell.

The family would like to thank niece, Sheila Mroz, who has been with Laurie through her illnesses and helped in so many ways. Family would also like to thank Four Winds Manor Nursing Home and Agrace Hospice Care for their care and support.

Laurie loved angels and now she is one. We love you the most!

Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Monday, August 18, 2025, at Ryan Funeral Home, 220 S. Enterprise Drive, Verona, WI. A private family burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
