Obituary For Terri Lynn Beach Tate

Edgerton: Terri Lynn Beach, age 47, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at her home. She was born February 20, 1968 in Madison, the daughter of Gordon Eugene and Patricia Ann (Willman) Tate, Sr.
She was married to Russell Beach in July 1990, and he preceded her in death in 1991.

Terri will be remembered as very kind, smart and strong; stubborn at times, by her family and friends. She would give you the shirt off her back, and always had a shoulder to lean on and a listening ear for anyone who needed it. She will be dearly missed.

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in morning’s hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there, I did not die.

Terri is survived by two daughters, Dakota (Larry) Booker and Cheyenne Beach; her mother, Patricia Tate; brother, Gordon Tate; two sisters, Tina Ziegler and Tammy (Brian) Zifke; two grandchildren, Larry and Lamya Booker; God daughter, Lucretia Dixon; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rusty Beach and her father, Gordon Tate.

Terri's final resting place will be next to her husband at Highland Memory Garden in Cottage Grove.

what our families say

Tiffany Foster went out of her way to fulfill all my requests, talked me through problems I was facing, and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible when I was a wreck, totally crushed, and I thank her with all of my heart for that.

The professional manner of the staff made a difficult time a little easier.

Lynda R. | July 2020

Services provided for both parents were perfect, on time, and no issues. Brenda is awesome and strong!

Skyler was absolutely amazing. She was so caring and helpful through this whole process. She even went above and beyond to meet with us in DeForest and even to make a stop at our home to drop off or pick up anything needed. While it was a small gesture, it was so helpful and greatly appreciated.
