Obituary For Sandra "Sandy" Mae Paskey

DeForest – Sandra “Sandy” Mae Paskey, age 84, passed away on April 7, 2023 at Agrace HospiceCare. She was born on June 24, 1938 in Madison, Wisconsin to parents William and Eunice (Pedley) Keller.

Sandy loved to cook and bake, tending to her flower gardens, listening to country music, and was an animal lover of all, especially her puppy Sammi. Most of all she loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She dedicated 30 years of work to Evco Plastics and considered her coworkers to be her second family.

Sandy leaves behind her loving husband Ronald “Ron” Paskey of 66 years; 4 children Larry (Debra) Paskey, Brenda (Donald) Bradley, Robin Waydick-Paskey, Becky (George) Meyer; 5 grandchildren Christopher (Kristi) Paskey, Andrew Paskey, Ashley (Nick) Giudice, Abigail Waydick (Robbie Johnson), Samantha Meyer, 6 great-grandchildren; brother Richard Keller; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Kevin Paskey; grandson David Bradley; 4 brothers William Keller, Roger Keller, Donald Keller, and Robert Keller; 3 sisters Lee Hamilton, Jackie West, and Susanne Walstead. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Sandy’s family.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the UnityPoint Health-Meriter ICU/Cardiac Units and to Agrace Hospice for their exceptional care, and to Ryan Funeral Home for assisting with Sandra’s services.

Per Sandy’s wishes cremation will be taking place and a private family service will be held.

What a wonderful mom, grandma, grandma and great grandma. She treated me like her own daughter and not an in law. She made everyday and every occasion so special with her presence. Her meals and sweet treats were amazing!! She spoiled and loved us unconditionally. She had the biggest heart and would do anything for anyone. When we would leave her home she would say " be good to each other". You will be missed. Rest In Peace. Shine bright and fly high! We love you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Deb

I will always remember how sweet Aunt Sandy was. We lived in the Deforest area for many years and loved how often I would run into Aunt Sandy and Uncle Ron around town and we would have some good chats. She was very loved and will be deeply missed.

what our families say

Tiffany Foster went out of her way to fulfill all my requests, talked me through problems I was facing, and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible when I was a wreck, totally crushed, and I thank her with all of my heart for that.

Skyler was absolutely amazing. She was so caring and helpful through this whole process. She even went above and beyond to meet with us in DeForest and even to make a stop at our home to drop off or pick up anything needed. While it was a small gesture, it was so helpful and greatly appreciated.
