Renee Boyce, 59, of Argyle, WI, passed away peacefully at the Rainbow Hospice Facility in Johnson Creek on July 10, 2024. She bravely battled cancer with grace and courage. Renee had an unwavering passion for life and a deep commitment to helping those around her. She found joy in traveling and embarking on adventures, so long as there were proper safety precautions and a well-planned route. Renee was a symbol of strength and resilience, shattering barriers while embodying compassion for others.

A highly accomplished HR director, Renee achieved remarkable success in her professional endeavors. Renee was such an impressive person and I thoroughly enjoyed partnering with her on training projects. It was such a treat to report back to her about how our CCI sessions went and I admired her commitment to professional development at Findorff. Proud to have crossed paths with her. I am saddened by this news and will keep her family (and Findorff) close to my heart. Bless you all!

I had the honor to work with and get to know Renee at Planar Industries. She was the HR Manager at the time. I always admired the passion, care, and respect that she had for every person. She inspired me to successfully move into the HR field. Sending my love and prayers to all of her family.

I worked with Renee on a Tempo committee for a relatively brief time, but I truly enjoyed working with her. She was a lovely, competent person. One of my fondest memories of her was a conversation (at the time) about "women of our age" wearing striped pants. I assured her that it was and that I did. The next time I saw her at Tempo, she was wearing striped pants! I loved it! I will keep her in my prayers as someone special. My sincere condolences to her family.

My condolences to the Boyce family. I used to work with Renee, and she was one of the best. No matter what day of the week, she came in with a cheerful disposition and a smile on her face. Always brightened my day. She will be missed by many.

I had the privilege of working with Renee in her capacity as HR. She was a formidable negotiator but became a favored client. She was my go-to when looking for a fun hike, new adventure or state park that should be visited! She will be missed.

You guys know I feel. Deepest sympathy. She is a lasting treasure. .

My favorite memory of time spent with Renee is taking her photo after she was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. She wore a beautiful blue suit to the photo shoot and spent time explaining the sentimental story and history of the suit (belonged to a family member who was a glass ceiling shatterer). I found it very admirable that she honored their memory when in fact, she herself had accomplished the same thing by becoming the first female VP at a historically male-dominated business.

what our families say

Tiffany Foster went out of her way to fulfill all my requests, talked me through problems I was facing, and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible when I was a wreck, totally crushed, and I thank her with all of my heart for that.

Skyler was absolutely amazing. She was so caring and helpful through this whole process. She even went above and beyond to meet with us in DeForest and even to make a stop at our home to drop off or pick up anything needed. While it was a small gesture, it was so helpful and greatly appreciated.
