Madison-

Paul Timothy Holtzman, age 70, passed away surrounded by his sons and family on October 25th, 2018 at Meriter Hospital in Madison, WI. He is a twin son of Roy and Virginia (Knoop) Holtzman.

Paul graduated from East High School and continued his education with an associate degree. He worked for Holtzman Rat Farm in research and for Bloomfield Manor, Dodgeville. He also farmed for many years in the Dodgeville/Ridgeway area.

If you were lucky enough to know Paul, you knew when he walked into your life, you had a friend for life that you could always depend on. Whether family or friends, he was always willing to lend a helping hand or ear to listen. Paul loved hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors. He loved to play cards and Euchre was his game of choice. He will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his children: Timothy (Christine) of Cottage Grove, Patrick of Linden, Thomas (Gabrielle) of Dodgeville and Tom’s twin sister, Tracy of Missouri. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Ryan, Morgan, Kaitlyn, Toni, Austin, Caidyn, Brantly, Dawson, Shane, Emily and Kaley; great-grandchildren: Mattie, Bentley “Mr. B”; his twin brother, Peter T. Holtzman and many other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roy in December of 1987, his mother, Virginia in June of 2000 and his sister, Shirley Wilke.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at United In Christ Lutheran Church, 4650 Hwy DM, Morrisonville, WI at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Brent Walsworth officiating. Visitation will be held at the church starting at 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Interment will be at
