Obituary For Madison Mayann Bentzler-Killerlain

Madison Mayann Bentzler-Killerlain, age 19, left this earth on September 20, 2024. She was born in Madison to David Killerlain and Heidessa Bentzler. She will forever be in our hearts and remembered for her smile and dimples. Madison, known to many as “Madi”, graduated from Sun Prairie West High School in June 2023. Madi loved music and going to the parks with Ashley and Danielle. Each year she loved going to Easter Seals Camp Wawbeek where she was greeted by her friends when she arrived. Madi loved helping others with cooking, grilling with Grandpa, and shredding paper.

Madison is survived by her parents; siblings, Hunter, Jayda and Jenna; and by her grandparents/long time caregivers, Don and Debi Killerlain. She is further survived by her aunts and uncles, Don Jr. from the Killerlain family and Wendy, Tammy, Becky, Char, Jay-Bob and James from the Bentzler family, several other relatives and friends.

Madison was preceded in death by grandparents, Patricia Bentzler-McCartney, Jerome Bentzler and David McCartney.

A special thank you to her friends/caregivers, Ashley, Danielle, Dawn, Melissa, Sarah and great grandma Langer.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:30 A.M. on October 12, 2024, at Lakeview Lutheran Church, 4001 Mandrake Rd., Madison, WI 53704 with Pastor Darin Wiebe officiating. Visitation will be at 10:30 A.M. at the church until the time of service.

Madison's smile was so contagious and I couldn't help but smile when she did! She will forever hold a special place in my heart! I know she's up in heaven with her unicorn (uni) showing it off to everyone, but of course not letting anyone take Uni out of her hand.
