Obituary For Donald C. Campbell

MADISON – Donald C. “Sarge” Campbell, age 96, passed away at his home peacefully on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2024. Sarge was born on November 15, 1927, in Fergus Falls, MN to Lorne and Rosa Campbell. He is a WWII veteran and retired after 32 years of service as a Full Bird Colonel. Sarge was an accomplished bagpiper. He married Carole Campbell in 1958. He will be greatly missed.

Sarge is survived by his children, Robin (Steve) Geraths and Craig (Monica); and grandson, Hollis. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife of 64 years, Carole; and siblings; and many close friends.

Sarge requested no services.
