Obituary For Brandon Lake Buroker

Stoughton – Brandon Lake Buroker, age 28, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023, after his long-fought battle with addiction. He was born on October 12, 1994, to Jonny and Becky Buroker in Madison, WI.

Brandon grew up in Waunakee, WI and graduated from high school in 2013. He continued his education at Madison College, receiving a certificate in welding, and went on to work in the trade. He was very close to his family and enjoyed being the “funcle” to his 5-year-old nephew.

Brandon was kind, loving and truly had the biggest heart. His deeply empathetic personality gave him a unique view of the world. He loved to learn, was a foodie/nachos connoisseur, and had a passion for traveling. For fun, Brandon enjoyed visiting amusement parks, bowling, playing games of all sorts (often winning), and watching and quoting his favorite movies. He will also be remembered for his long curly hair and wonderful smile.

Brandon is survived by his parents; siblings, Brianna Buroker and Bethany (Scott) Muchow; nephew, Jackson Muchow; grandfather, Gordon “Gordy” Buroker, and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by grandparents, P. Glen and Janice Johnsrud, Doretta “Dottie” Buroker, and step-grandmother, Ardith “Ardy” Buroker.

A Celebration of Brandon’s Life will be held from 12:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 6, 2023, at Badger Farms, 1682 Co Rd BB, Deerfield, WI. A private family burial will be held at Natural Path Sanctuary, in Verona, WI.
