Obituary For Benardo Jose Vasquez

Benardo Jose Vasquez, age 42, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday July 1, 2023, in Madison, WI. He was the loving son of Mary Karen and Raymond Joseph Vasquez.

He is survived by his daughter, Harmony; mother, Mary Karen; siblings, Joe (Dawn); Mike (Olesea Plamadeala); Rae Marie, Maria, Tony (Vicki), Karen (Kevin) Wilson, and Ricardo; uncle, Larry McCormick; 20 nieces and nephews; and the mother of his daughter, Jenny Grenzow. He is preceded in death by his father.

His family was the most important thing to him next to Jesus. He had a special love for his mother, late father, and sweet daughter. Ben could repair just about anything. He had a presence of joy that was contagious to all around him. Ben had a compassionate heart for animals and a love for the great outdoors. He was an intricate part of his brother Ricardo’s musical business. Ben was one of the kindest people you could have the privilege or blessing to know. He will be forever in the hearts of his family and friends, and he will be dearly missed. Sleep warm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 14, 2023 at Good Shepherd Catholic Parish at the St. Joseph Church, 1905 W. Beltline Hwy, Madison, with father Andrew Showers presiding. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 5701 Odana Road, Madison. Ben was an amazing person whom I had honor and privilege to have known he was many things a Dad, a son, a friend as well as many other titles he was always able to put a smile on my face and many other as well he always had ideas on way to fix or improve things And he did so with his calm and collective way that he had about himself. And That always help me. Yet he could be stubborn to. lol He helped anyone that needed help and never judged anyone I'm going to treasure the many memories I've been blessed to of had with him and I'm lucky to of had a true friend that he was in my life. I'm gonna miss him.

what our families say

Tiffany Foster went out of her way to fulfill all my requests, talked me through problems I was facing, and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible when I was a wreck, totally crushed, and I thank her with all of my heart for that.

Skyler was absolutely amazing. She was so caring and helpful through this whole process. She even went above and beyond to meet with us in DeForest and even to make a stop at our home to drop off or pick up anything needed. While it was a small gesture, it was so helpful and greatly appreciated.
