Ronald A. "Ron" Gottschalk, age 69, passed away on Friday, June 8, 2012, at the Middleton Village Nursing Center. He was born April 20, 1943 in Madison, the son of Arno & Virginia (Miller) Gottschalk. He married Donna (Johnson) in December 1966. He is survived by his wife Donna, daughter Diane, son Steve (Julie), sister Janice (Roger) Knapp, Conrad Richer (Connie), Doug Richer and Vicki Nelson (Darrold), many nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Max. He was preceded in death by his father Arno Gottschalk, mother Virginia and stepfather Rex Richer. A funeral service will be held on June 10, 2012, at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N. Sherman Avenue, at 4:00 p.m. with visitation from 1:00 until the time of service. A special thank you to Middleton Village Nursing staff & Agrace Hospice for the special nursing care, love and support they gave Ron and his family.
